Your brand data, your client details and anything drafted for you stay in your workspace. We do not use them to train public AI models.
Access and stored credentials
Jara Marketing runs on Google Cloud. Connect an account today and its sign-in tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Some older social connections are not stored that way yet. What each person can see depends on their role in your workspace.
A person approves what goes out
Approval is where every workspace starts: anything that would reach a customer waits for a person in the Approvals inbox. An owner or admin can give a teammate more independence, and even then campaign sends, scheduled social posts, marking invoices paid and deletions still wait. A first email to a brand-new contact goes out unattended only for contacts recorded as US-based, and only after a written acknowledgement.
