The Approvals inbox is the most important page to understand in all of Jara Marketing. It is where every piece of work your AI teammates produce waits for a human decision — and it is the reason you can hand real work to an AI team without worrying about what it might do on its own.
Why approvals exist
Your teammates draft; you decide. When a teammate wants to change anything in your workspace or produce something that could go out into the world — a piece of content, an email draft, a data update — the proposed work lands in the Approvals inbox first. Until you approve it, it has not happened. That single rule means:
- Nothing is published, sent or changed without you (or a teammate you trust with it) saying yes.
- You can try a new AI teammate with zero risk — the worst case is a draft you reject.
- Quality stays yours. You are checking work, not producing it from a blank page.
Finding it
Open Approvals from the sidebar. When work is waiting, you will also be pointed there from your dashboard and notifications. Your first visit will usually be during your first week, when your first hired teammate produces their first draft.
Reviewing a piece of work
- Open the item. You will see what the teammate wants to do, step by step, with the drafted result — not a vague summary.
- Approve — the work proceeds: the content is saved, the update is applied, the task moves on.
- Reject — the work stops there. Nothing is applied.
Each run keeps its full step-by-step history, so you can always see what a teammate did and when.
How much lands here?
That depends on each teammate's autonomy level. New hires start at draft for approval — everything they produce comes to you. More senior teammates can be trusted with more independence, and you set the ceiling per teammate.
