Meet your AI teammates

Jamar, the roles you can hire, and the Junior-to-Director ladder that decides how independently they work.

Your AI team has two parts: Jamar, the copilot who is always there, and the specialist teammates you hire for ongoing jobs. They are different tools for different work, and knowing which to reach for makes both more useful.

Jamar, your copilot

Jamar comes with every plan and is available from every page — from the sidebar, or the floating assistant button. Jamar is conversational: you ask, it answers or drafts, right now.

  • Ask about your own data. "How many deals are open?" "What tasks are overdue?" Jamar answers from your workspace, and says so when something does not exist rather than guessing.
  • Hand over quick work. "Draft a post announcing our new opening hours." "Create a task to follow up with Sarah on Friday."
  • Keep threads. Conversations are saved, searchable, renameable — pick up where you left off.

Hired teammates: specialists with a job description

Where Jamar responds to requests, a hired teammate owns a job. Each role comes with a defined way of working and a definition of done — like hiring a person with a job description. You assign the role, give it scope, and it produces work on schedule or on demand — every piece landing in your Approvals inbox for your decision.

A sample of the roles you can hire:

  • SEO Specialist — works your search visibility: audits, fixes, keyword research.
  • Content Producer — drafts content in your brand voice for your calendar.
  • Campaign Operator — builds and runs your campaigns end to end.
  • Brand Voice Steward — keeps everything that goes out sounding like you.
  • Creative Director — sets the creative bar and reviews the work.
  • SDR Specialist — works your pipeline: outreach drafts and follow-ups.
  • Prospect Scout — finds and qualifies the people you should be talking to.
  • Account Manager — keeps relationships warm and commitments tracked.
  • Retention Specialist — works on bringing customers back.
  • QA Reviewer — checks the team's work before it reaches you.

Seniority: Junior to Director

Every teammate has a seniority level, and the level sets how independently they work:

LevelHow they work
JuniorProduces drafts; nothing leaves without approval.
SeniorOwns a deliverable end to end; checks their own work; approved at the gate.
LeadOwns an outcome; manages juniors; approved by exception.
DirectorActs autonomously within the policy you set; owns the result.

Two things to know about the ladder:

  • Seniority is a ceiling you control. A Director can be trusted with more autonomy — you still decide, per teammate, how much they get. Every new hire starts by drafting for approval.
  • Which levels you can hire depends on your plan. Growth hires Junior and Senior; Scale hires all four levels. Details and prices are in Hiring teammates and your included crew.
