The Deliver group is where plans turn into visible work: the initiatives you are running, the tasks that move them forward, and everything that lives on a date. This article walks through each surface and how they fit together.
Initiatives: your bigger pieces of work
An initiative (a project, in plain terms) is any piece of work large enough to have its own deliverables — a website refresh, a seasonal campaign, a launch. Deliver → Initiatives lists every initiative you are running, with its deliverables underneath.
- Create one with a name and optional start and due dates.
- Filter by status and search to see what is live, what is coming and what is finished.
- Click any initiative to open its detail panel, edit it in place, or jump through to the full page to manage its deliverables.
Tasks: the day-to-day list
Deliver → Tasks is a lightweight to-do list that lives inside your workspace — every task can link to a contact, a deal and an assignee, so the work always sits next to the record it is about.
- Create a task with a title, a priority (from low up to urgent), a due date, and links to contacts or a deal.
- Assign it to anyone — a person on your team or one of your AI teammates.
- Complete it in one click — tick the circle on the row and it moves to your completed view.
- Find anything fast — search across task titles, contact names and deal names, or filter to active work, work in review, completed or cancelled.
Your open tasks also appear on Today, so the day starts with the right list. When a task slips past its due date it is flagged as overdue — and an automation can react to that on its own, for example by notifying the team.
Morning briefings
Briefings are your daily AI briefing inbox: what changed, what to watch and what to do, auto-assembled each morning at 7am. Each briefing has four sections:
- Top wins — the good news from the last seven days.
- Top risks — things going stale or trending the wrong way.
- What to do today — a short list of next moves, ranked by priority.
- Anomalies — numbers behaving unusually compared with your recent baseline.
You can also generate a fresh briefing on demand from the page itself. If you don't see Briefings in your sidebar, open the command palette with Ctrl/Cmd + K and search for it — every page is reachable from there.
Related: your workspace can keep playbooks — your own best-practice documents that the AI reads and cites when it advises you. If you don't see Playbooks, it may not be enabled for your workspace yet.
Calendar, appointments & bookings
Calendar sits at the top of your sidebar and shows everything that lives on a date, in one place: events, appointments, task deadlines and deal close dates. Switch between day, week and month views, jump around with the mini-month on the left, and tick content types on or off to declutter — each filter shows a live count.
Appointments (one-to-one meetings, with confirm/decline links your invitees click from their email) live inside the calendar itself, and Bookings — schedules people can book time with you through — has its own tab beside it. Both are covered in full, alongside your pipeline, in Sales tools.
Events
If you run gatherings with a guest list — a launch evening, a workshop, an open day — Marketing → Events opens the Events Console, where you design the experience and manage your ticket inventory in one place.
- Registration and ticketing — create the event, set up tickets and watch how many remain.
- QR check-in — on the day, open the mobile scanner on your phone to scan tickets at the door and track attendance in real time.
- List or calendar view — browse events as a list or on a month grid, and they appear on your main Calendar too.
