Sales: pipeline, proposals, invoices and bookings

Tracking deals, sending proposals and contracts, billing customers, and taking bookings.

The Sales group is where interest becomes income: a deal board to track every conversation, and proposals, contracts and invoices your customers can open, accept, sign and pay — all online, none of it needing them to log in. You don't need a sales background; most of it drafts itself.

Pipeline & deals

Sales → Pipeline is your deal board: each column is a stage, each card is a deal, and you drag cards along as conversations progress. Rename the stages to match how you actually sell, and run more than one pipeline if you sell more than one way.

Every deal links to at least one contact — your Audience feeds the pipeline directly. Give a deal an amount and an expected close date and the board starts working for you: an AI forecast of likely revenue, a risk read on each deal, and suggested next actions, all computed from your real deal data. Win a deal and the linked contact is marked as a customer automatically.

Open any card for the full picture — the contact, the activity so far, and every proposal, contract and invoice attached to the deal. Moving a deal to a new stage can also trigger an automation, like creating a follow-up task — see Automations.

Proposals

Sales → Proposals means never starting from a blank page. Give the AI a short brief — what you are offering, for whom, roughly what it costs — and it drafts a structured proposal you edit rather than write. Templates let you reuse a shape you like, with the customer's details filled in automatically.

When you send one, your customer receives a branded public link. They read it and accept or decline right on the page, and the proposal's status updates itself as they view and respond — so you always know where things stand without chasing. An accepted proposal can become a contract or an invoice in one click; a declined one gets AI help with a revision.

As everywhere in Jara Marketing, anything an AI teammate drafts on your behalf waits in your Approvals inbox until you say yes.

Contracts

Sales → Contracts puts the agreement in writing without printers or scanners. Create a contract from an accepted proposal or from a template, send it, and your customer signs on its public page by typing their name — a type-to-sign e-signature. You will see when it has been signed, and the signed contract stays attached to the deal and the contact.

Invoices & getting paid

Sales → Invoices handles billing end to end. Invoices number themselves automatically, take line items, tax and discounts, and go out as a branded public link.

When card payments are set up, a paid invoice marks itself paid — no reconciling. Took payment offline instead, by bank transfer or cash? Record it against the invoice and the status updates the same way. Overdue invoices are surfaced in their own tab so follow-ups are one glance away, and automatic reminders can nudge late payers on a schedule you control in Settings.

Once payments are connected through Stripe Connect (the payment service that routes card payments to your bank account), the Payments & Revenue page becomes your live earnings dashboard. If it is not in your sidebar, jump to it with search — Ctrl/Cmd + K.

Bookings

Bookings are your own public scheduling links — Calendly-style pages where a customer picks a time that suits you both, without the email ping-pong. You will find them under Calendar → Bookings, because that is where the resulting meetings land.

  1. Create a schedule — say, a thirty-minute intro call — and it gets a public booking page in your branding.
  2. Share the link anywhere: your email signature, a campaign, your website.
  3. When someone books, the slot becomes a confirmed appointment in your Calendar, they get a calendar invite, and they are added to your contacts automatically.

Connect your Google Calendar and a video-call link is added to each booking for you. Each schedule can also apply tags to new bookers and create a follow-up task, so no conversation slips through.
