Your plan decides which kinds of work your team does. Inside that work you can bring in as many AI teammates as the job needs, and none of them costs extra. Here's who does what on each team, how a teammate joins, and what happens when a job belongs to a team that is coming soon.
Who does the work on each team

The Brand Voice Steward, the Brand Identity Designer and the Receivables Clerk are on every plan. Jamar leads the team. The content team is the one you can start today; the marketing team and the sales team are on the way.
Three rules to know:
- There is no limit on how many teammates you have. If your plan covers the work, you can bring in the teammate who does it.
- Your teammates cost nothing extra. They are part of your plan, and nothing is billed per teammate.
- Each later team adds a kind of work. The marketing team adds getting found, the sales team adds winning and keeping customers, and each brings the teammates who do that work. Both are coming soon.
How a teammate joins
Jamar can do this for you in chat. When a piece of work needs a specialist who is not on your team yet, he puts that teammate up for your approval. It takes one click, and nothing is charged.
You can also do it yourself:
- Go to Your team → Roster and open the Agents tab.
- Choose Assign agent and pick a role from the catalogue. A role your plan does not cover shows the team that includes it.
- Set their scope, and optionally a schedule and a monthly spend cap.
- The new teammate appears on your team like any other. Their first drafts land in your workspace, and work ready to go out waits in Approvals. A new teammate has no autonomy until you give it some.
You can also bring one in straight from a Health Check recommendation. The role arrives already pointed at the pillar that needs it.
When a job belongs to a team that is coming soon
If the work you ask for belongs to the marketing or sales team, Jamar says so plainly. He tells you the work is not out yet, and what he can do for you in the meantime on the content team you have. Nothing is started and nothing is charged.
Retiring a teammate
Go to Your team → Roster → Agents, then Manage → Retire teammate. Their work stops, nothing is deleted, and their history stays. You can retire one teammate per month, including during your trial: a team shouldn't change its staff after every task.
People are free
People never cost extra. The content team is you, working on your own; an AI teammate never counts as one of the people in your workspace. Inviting people is covered in Your team and roles.
