Your Marketing Health Check

The graded report on your marketing: eight pillars, honest grades, and a plan to act on.

The Marketing Health Check is the first real thing Jara Marketing produces for you: a graded report on where your marketing stands, built from what your team can actually read about your business — your site, your search presence, your content, your social profiles. It runs automatically when you sign up, and you can find it any time under Marketing → Health Check in the sidebar.

The eight pillars

Your marketing is graded across eight pillars, each answering one plain question:

PillarThe question it answers
FoundationsDo you have the basics in place?
FindabilityCan people find you when they search?
ContentAre you publishing, and is it landing?
Social presenceCan people find and recognise you on social?
DemandAre you creating demand, and what does it cost?
ConversionDo visitors become enquiries?
RetentionDo customers come back?
CompetitionHow do you compare to the competitors you named?

How grading works

  • Each pillar gets a letter grade, A to F — a five-band scale that is honest about the precision available.
  • Every grade comes with its evidence. If Findability is a D, you will see why — for example, how many of your pages are actually indexed. No number appears without a source.
  • A real zero is graded; a missing signal is not. If you genuinely publish nothing, Content gets a low grade. If we simply cannot see your publishing, that is different — see below.

"Not measurable yet" is honest, not broken

Pillars we cannot read are marked Not measurable, with a note on what connecting would unlock — never guessed at to fill the page. The usual unlocks:

  • Connect Google Search Console (Marketing → SEO) — shows what people searched for, what you ranked for and what they clicked. Without it, Findability is graded partially and held below an A.
  • Connect an analytics property — makes Conversion measurable.
  • Connect ad accounts or log spend — makes Demand measurable.

What the full report includes

Your scorecard opens as a preview; subscribing (or being inside your trial) opens the rest:

  • All eight pillars with grades, findings and evidence.
  • A 90-day plan — prioritised, concrete steps, which also lands in Your plan in the sidebar so you can work through it.
  • Role recommendations — where a specific AI teammate would move a weak pillar, the report says which one, and you can hire them right from the recommendation. See Hiring teammates and your included crew.

Running it again

Marketing changes, so the check can be re-run from Marketing → Health Check once you are subscribed — useful after you have worked through a chunk of your 90-day plan, or connected Search Console. Old checks are kept, so you can compare then and now; a pillar added since an old run simply does not appear in that older report.
