Signing up takes about ten minutes, and most of that is a short questionnaire that teaches your new team about your business. You do not need a card to sign up, and there is nothing to prepare.
Step 1 — Choose your path
Go to jara.marketing/start and pick the option that fits:
- I run a business — continues to sign-up. This article covers that path.
- I run an agency — takes you to Talk to us, because agency workspaces are set up with a Jara Marketing rep. See For agencies.
Step 2 — Create your workspace
Enter your email address, choose a password, give your business a name and accept the terms. That is the whole form — your workspace is created straight away, along with a starter brand kit your team will refine later.
Step 3 — Answer the questionnaire
Next comes a short, multiple-choice questionnaire. It is how your team learns what it is working with, and better answers mean a sharper Health Check:

| Who's involved | Your main contact and working hours, and who else might join later. |
You can skip questions and come back later — your answers live on one editable page afterwards (see Your first week). Progress is saved as you go, so a closed tab loses nothing.
Step 4 — Your Health Check runs
When the questionnaire finishes, your Marketing Health Check starts automatically. Your team reads your site, checks how findable you are, looks at your content and social presence, and benchmarks what it can measure. It takes about two to four minutes, and you can watch it work.
Step 5 — Read your scorecard and start your trial
Your scorecard opens with your overall picture and your biggest gaps. To see the full report — every pillar, the evidence, and your 90-day plan — you choose a plan and start your 14-day free trial:
- Your card is taken when the trial starts, so nothing stops on day 15 if you stay.
- You are charged nothing during the trial, and you can cancel from Billing in two clicks before it ends — in which case you pay nothing at all.

Your scorecard stays available either way — coming back to it later is fine.
