Jara Marketing builds your marketing team in steps. You start with a content team, and a marketing team and a sales team follow. Each team is a flat fee that decides which kinds of work your team does. There is no platform charge on top, no per-seat pricing and nothing to pay per AI teammate. Today the content team is the one you can start; the other two are coming soon.

Jamar leads your team. The content team is available monthly or annually, and the toggle is on the Billing page; billed annually it is $468 a year. The marketing and sales teams carry no price yet, and no date — you will be able to add them when they are ready. The content team's numbers (contacts, websites and more) are in Plan limits, and who does the work is in Your teammates and your plan.
Your 7-day free trial
- The content team starts with 7 days at no cost, typically begun from your Health Check scorecard, or any time from Billing.
- Your card is taken when the trial starts, so nothing stops on day 8 if you stay. You are charged nothing until the trial ends.
- Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all. You cancel from Billing (below), at any point in the trial.
- Every feature of your plan is open during the trial. The monthly usage allowances (such as Jamar messages and AI images) are trial-sized until your first payment, when the full monthly allowances begin. What you used during the trial counts toward that month.
Managing your subscription
Open Billing from the sidebar (under Your team). From there you can:
- See your plan. The plan panel shows what the content team covers, with a monthly/annual toggle. The marketing and sales teams appear as coming soon, and you will be able to add them from here once they ship.
- Manage your subscription. The Manage subscription button opens a secure payment portal where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel. It is available from the moment you have a subscription, trial included.
Before your first plan, and if a subscription ends
A new workspace has no plan until you choose one. You can still set up your business, answer the questionnaire and run your first Health Check, and choosing the content team starts your trial.
If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted. For 7 days the workspace is read-only: you can sign in and export your data, and your team's work is paused. Choose the content team from Billing and you are back where you left off.
Agencies and Enterprise
Agency workspaces and Enterprise setups are priced with a Jara Marketing rep rather than on the public plans. Their billing shows a talk to us panel instead of the plan picker. Start at Talk to us, or read For agencies.
