Jara Marketing is a flat monthly fee: your plan includes a crew of AI teammates, and there is no platform charge on top and no per-seat pricing for people. Here is what each plan costs, how the trial works, and how to manage everything yourself.

Both self-serve plans are available monthly or annually — the toggle is on the Billing page. A Free plan also exists, though it is not for sale — it is where a workspace sits before its first subscription, and where it lands if one ends. Your 14-day free trial
- Growth and Scale both start with 14 days at no cost — typically begun from your Health Check scorecard, or any time from Billing.
- Your card is taken when the trial starts, so nothing stops on day 15 if you stay — but you are charged nothing until the trial ends.
- Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all. Cancelling takes two clicks from Billing (below), and works at any point in the trial.
Managing your subscription
Open Billing from the sidebar (under Your team). From there you can:
- Compare and switch plans — upgrade or move between Growth and Scale; the plan table shows the differences side by side, with a monthly/annual toggle.
- Manage your subscription — the Manage subscription button opens a secure payment portal where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel. It is available from the moment you have a subscription, trial included.
- See your AI team's cost — your included crew, any added teammates and their monthly rates, all in one card.
If your trial ends without a plan
Nothing is deleted. Your account, your data and your Health Check stay put — you are simply asked to choose a plan to keep using the full product, and picking one puts you straight back where you left off.
Agencies and Enterprise
Agency workspaces and Enterprise setups are priced with a Jara Marketing rep rather than on the public plans, so the crew and the commercials fit how you actually work. Their billing shows a talk to us panel instead of the plan picker. Start at Talk to us, or read For agencies.
