The terms, A to Z

| AI teammate (agent) | A specialist AI worker you add to your team — an SEO specialist, a content producer and more — whose work always arrives as drafts for your approval; see Meet your AI teammates. |
| Approvals inbox | The queue where every piece of AI-drafted work waits for your yes or no — nothing is published or sent without it; see The Approvals inbox. |
| Automation (workflow) | A rule that watches for an event and does the routine follow-up for you, like sending a thank-you when someone fills in a form; see Automations. |
| Brand kit | Your logo, colours and typography kept in one place and applied to everything your workspace produces. |
| Brand voice | A description of how your business sounds — tone, personality, words to use and words to avoid — which your AI teammates write in. |
| Briefing | A short update from your team on what has been done and what is waiting for your attention. |
| Campaign | A coordinated push towards one goal, with the content, emails and activity planned and tracked together. |
| Contact | A person in your audience — a customer, subscriber or lead — stored in your contact list under Audience. |
| Deal | A potential sale you are tracking from first conversation to won or lost. |
| Initiative (project) | A container in Deliver for a bigger piece of work, holding its tasks, dates and progress; see Deliver tools. |
| Jamar | Your always-on AI copilot, included with every plan — ask it anything about your marketing or your workspace. |
| Marketing Health Check | The graded report on where your marketing stands, produced minutes after you sign up; see Your Marketing Health Check. |
| Pillar | One of the eight areas the Health Check grades, such as Findability or Conversion. |
| Pipeline | The board in Sales that shows every deal by stage, so you can see at a glance what is likely to close; see Sales tools. |
| Public link | A branded page — for a proposal or an invoice, say — that a customer can open from a link without logging in. |
| Roster | The page under Your team that lists everyone in your workspace, human and AI alike. |
| Seniority | An AI teammate's level — Junior, Senior, Lead or Director — which sets how capable they are and what an added teammate costs; see Hiring teammates and your included crew. |
| Trial | The 14 days of full access at no cost that start every paid plan — cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; see Plans, billing and your trial. |
| Workspace (tenant) | Your business's own private space in Jara Marketing, holding its data, team and settings — never shared with anyone else. |
| Workspace mode | Whether your workspace runs as a business (marketing your own company) or as an agency (marketing other people's) — switchable in Settings; see For agencies. |
