What is the Marketing Health Check, exactly?
A graded report on your marketing across eight pillars: Foundations, Findability, Content, Social presence, Demand, Conversion, Retention and Competition. Each is scored A to F with the evidence behind it, and anything we cannot measure is marked "Not measurable" rather than guessed at. The full story is in Your Marketing Health Check.
What do I get before I am charged?
Everything. Both paid plans start with 14 days at no cost, and your Health Check lands in the first few minutes of it. Your card is taken when the trial starts so nothing stops on day 15 if you stay — but you are charged nothing until the trial ends, and cancelling takes two clicks from Billing. Do I need marketing experience to use this?
No. Every AI teammate drafts for your review, so you are checking work rather than producing it from a blank page. If you can tell good from bad when you see it, you can run this — see The Approvals inbox for how the checking works.
Does Jara Marketing replace my marketing person, or me?
No. It takes the repeatable work off whoever does your marketing today, even if that is just you at 11pm: drafting, SEO checks, reporting, campaign builds. What is left is the strategy and the judgement calls — the part worth your time anyway.
Do the AI teammates ever publish or send anything on their own?
Never. Everything your team produces lands in your Approvals inbox as a draft, and nothing is published, sent or changed until you say yes. Meet the team in Meet your AI teammates.
What does it cost?
Growth is $99 a month with 3 AI teammates included, and Scale is $299 a month with 6. Teammates beyond your included crew are billed by level — Junior $49, Senior $99, Lead $199, Director $349 a month — and Enterprise is arranged with a rep. I have not connected Analytics or Search Console. Is this still useful?
Yes. Connecting Google Search Console or your analytics makes more of the report gradable, but it is never required. Anything not connected is marked "Not measurable" with a note on what connecting it would unlock — never faked to fill the page.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your account, your data and your Health Check stay put — you are simply asked to choose a plan, and picking one puts you straight back where you left off. See Plans, billing and your trial.
Can my customers see my workspace?
No. Your workspace is private — people only ever see what you deliberately share, such as a public link to a proposal or invoice (see Sales tools) and, for agencies, the client portal. Nobody browses your dashboard but you and the people you invite.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is scoped to your workspace, is not used to train models, and is not shared with other customers.
How do I export my data?
Use the export button on list pages — your contacts, deals and other lists download as CSV files you can open anywhere. Your data is yours to take at any time.
How do I reset my password?
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and we will email you a reset link. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder — more sign-in fixes are in Troubleshooting.
Can I switch to agency mode later?
Yes, any time in Settings — for instance if you start marketing on behalf of other businesses too. Nothing is deleted when you switch; your history comes with you. See For agencies for what changes.
